Vicki Paige :  Artist Biography:  

“When I look at the ocean I see so much more.  My art let’s me express what I can’t say in words.”  Vicki Paige

Although born in Los Angeles, Vicki Paige’s heart has always resided on the islands of Hawaii.  Now a full-time resident in Kailua Beach on the island of Oahu, she is able to dedicate herself to the passion of art.  The ocean has always inspired her work.  “Years ago while walking down the beach in Hawaii, I saw a vision of what I wanted to create.” After years of trial and error she finally found the way to express what was calling to her so strongly from the sea. Through a complex artistic process, Vicki has finally mastered her spirit’s true vision.

Rooted in an ongoing experimentation with materials, Victoria has a unique ability to project her personality into each composition. Her current series, Beyond The Surface, is layered with an intentional process that merges natural beauty with her authentic vision. Her palette is vibrant and inviting.  Her inspiration is the ocean of Hawaii.  Her goal is to take the viewer deeper than the surface allows, creating the opportunity for people to experience and take home a piece of Hawaii on its deepest level. 

Vicki grew up in the Hollywood Hills, in the famous Laurel Canyon area, an enclave of artists and celebrities, and has always been surrounded by creativity.  Throughout her life she has worked in many mediums; sculpture, drawing, film, photography, and painting. She has exhibited at the renown Bergamot Station in Santa Monica, California.
